Senatobia Healthcare & Rehab culture is based on the simple concept of “treating people the way you would want to be treated’ and we strive to do this with all our team members including residents, families, employees, visitors, vendors and volunteers. Our team members realize that the care they deliver to our residents on a daily basis is the foundation for our mission which is ‘Compassionate care from our hands to yours’.
Senatobia Healthcare & Rehab has been owned and operated since 1978 by the same founding family members. The facility offers short term rehabilitation services including physical, speech and occupational therapy, as well as long term skilled care for those that might need that service. This is accomplished in a comfortable, homelike environment where our residents, families and staff are able to experience a family type atmosphere.
Our staff is comprised of compassionate and dedicated individuals that provide the path for attaining our mission. This is accomplished by adhering to a core set of values including:

or as we call them “CATCH”. Our employees are evaluated using these core values, enabling us to contribute to their success, by identifying and enhancing their strengths in order to strengthen their weaknesses.
The commitment to these values is evidenced by the tenure of our employees which is 67 percent over three years, 50 percent over five years and 33 percent over ten years.
